Welcome to Cookie Exchange! I am so excited, and nervous, to introduce you to Amanda of i am baker today! Excited because I consider Amanda a friend (even though I've never actually met her!) and she does beautiful things with sugar! Nervous because I think once you've seen her blog, you may never come back here!


These are the first cookies I ever saw from Amanda. I literally *gasped*...they are so pretty! I want to do my wedding over....with the same groom, of course!


And, she takes amazing pictures!

It's time for another cookie exchange....
These cookies were made by Bea of Cancun Cookies. Bea has many darling cookies on her blog, but when I saw these, I had to ask if she would let me feature them here.

I love the white on white design of the monogram...so elegant! Didn't she do a perfect job matching the cookie lettering to the invitation font? And, I love the dots along the border!!!

It's cookie exchange time...
Amazing is the first word that came to my mind when I discovered Nancy's Fancy Cookies & Cakes this week. Please go take a look at the cookies in her Flickr photostream. Nancy is a true artist...her cookies are so incredibly beautiful! I'm in awe. I mean, just look at Henry the 8th up there! The cookie itself is so clever and then the detail work is, well, amazing!
And, Hagrid! My son and I are reading the last Harry Potter book right now, so I couldn't wait to show him this cookie. It is so cool!

Farm Fresh: Cookie Exchange!

Laura from A Dozen Eggs was kind enough to let me share her "eat your fruits and veggies" cookies for a little cookie exchange. These are so adorable! I can't decide which is my favorite...I'm a sucker for cherries, but that peach cookie is so gorgeous, and the broccoli...don't even get me started!

I love this time of year with all of the local farms being open, but honestly, this is the way I prefer to get my fruits and veggies!!! Thanks, Laura!
