I know it's getting to be fall, but after Hurricane Ike, I'm feeling the need for a little sunshine. These daisies always look cheerful and sunny to me.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDWk1YAZXpu1dzh-vCGw97p8Chbu6x_hzQ8-TUp1-u74iSEYvyBwg4Qc8CywJcS-qIDWFHkeZ0OUcclge0BTrezH8OZpWra0IudnHMsYwKb4awsbB1wQjEHrwsU4O3oIanyG5g-VMn4lSe/s400/Daisies+grouped.JPG)
We have our power back on, luckily, but the stores are out of butter. Darn it! No baking for a while. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvwStL0JuuMIiw6sfpQTO-dezDMXgZRMBrrgdS4Ab2JHySAXDMyDziXTPYSs6DKB0ATZr-n1mX76at-_jj_rLj5pyPwX75PMzXRFD-gfT_Rg0dvUW8-nbjLGsbvnhXiJsajcmzQp0_f9Oc/s400/pink+daisies.JPG)
Daisy cookies are really easy....just pipe the outline and middle with royal icing, thin another color and fill.
